In Monday’s post, we visited with Kelly in Rochester, Indiana, where she and her husband recently moved into their stunning new pole barn home crafted by AC Builders. The structure sits proudly on the family farm where the couple grow field corn and soybeans and an old blue silo keeps watch in the distance. Kelly chose her half bath off the kitchen to bring the barn look indoors with some farm antiques and an Outback Gooseneck Light highlighting an apron front sink. Today we check out Kelly’s inviting master bath.

If you love the coastal look but are landlocked miles from the sea, you can still create a refreshing retreat with plenty of maritime touches like today’s Featured Customer Fred who has a lovely lakefront home in Sparta, New Jersey. Fred recently remodeled a bathroom in his home and added rustic pendants and a rustic vanity sconce for some nautical style.
“I like the beach look as opposed to the cabin look,” Fred says. “And I wanted something different than the cookie cutter fixtures from the home centers.” Fred first saw Barn Light Electric products on Houzz. He chose two of our 12″ Barn Light Blue Collar Pendants in a Medium Blue finish with clear glass and a standard white cord for the center of the space.

Today’s Featured Customer must be the most popular guy in the neighborhood. Andrew built a new barn on his property in St. Louis, Missouri, and created a bar and entertainment area that would make many pub owners jealous. The crowning touch are half a dozen vintage industrial pendants from Barn Light Electric.
“We were trying to get a rustic, country bar feel. We love to visit Nashville so a lot of the inspiration came from our visits to the Nashville honkey tonk bars,” Andrew explains. “We wanted a place where we could have friends over that would be large enough to hold everyone but still have an atmosphere.” The new barn features a 20-foot door that rolls up to offer a beautiful view of the farm. Andrew chose The Mig Retro Steel Industrial Pendant in Yellow to highlight his new bar.
