A thought crossed my mind this summer as I was relaxing in a lovely vacation home on Tybee Island, Georgia. I could live here. Really I could. On a recent trip through the funky little coastal town of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, we enjoyed a fabulous fried grouper sandwich and some sweet tea at Creek Ratz, a local joint that specializes in fresh seafood, cold beer, and some wonderful industrial lighting.
