It’s not too often that you can have the best of both worlds when you choose where to live. But in the Southcliff community in Asheville, North Carolina, you can indeed have the peace and quiet of the mountains just minutes from the bustling downtown scene. Located on the south face of Cedar Cliff Mountain, this family-focused community offers panoramic views of the
Blue Ridge Mountains but is located just seven miles from the vivacious streets of downtown Asheville. The developers incorporated many natural elements into the streetscapes, signage, and overall architectural style with a desire for the homes to blend in with their surroundings. Lining the quiet streets of this gated community are post mount lanterns much like those found in our collection of Copper Gas & Electric Lanterns.
