Spring has definitely sprung in most corners of the good old USA, and it came rather early this year which is a happy bonus for the gardeners among us. Late March is usually the time when those with a green thumb are itching to get started, but it’s still a bit too early to put anything into the ground. Having these few extra warm weeks to start the season off means the bounty of fresh produce will arrive on our tables even sooner.
