This past Friday, we showed you a small and charming laundry room – our featured customer Donna from Titusville, Florida really has a way with rustic finds. All throughout her condo are retro accessories, from vintage industrial pendants all the way to antique furniture. How could anyone possibly resist the authentic charm of collectible metal signs combined with rustic warehouse lighting?
Today we’re showcasing two of her ceiling fan choices. While we’ve been relieved of the Florida heat for a few months now, these fans also serve as decorative elements in her master bedroom and the family room.
In the master suite, Donna chose the Bodega Ceiling Fan to coordinate with wooden furniture seen throughout. With Arts and Crafts influences, the Bodega Ceiling Fan features a hammered metal appearance on the motor and mahogany colored blades. Donna also opted to add on the light kit. The light on this vintage ceiling fan is encased in an amber shade for distinctive warmth associated with the classic style. If you prefer an industrialized look, the Bodega is also available in a metallic hammered steel as opposed to the rubbed bronze finish that Donna chose. It would look great with white blades or matching silver.
Moving into the family room, the Eclipse Ceiling Fan adds a contemporary touch to the otherwise rustic common area. Donna also chose to feature the Eclipse Fan in the same rubbed bronze finish as her Bodega, but the overall design places it in with our Modern Ceiling Fans selection. The central light on the fan illuminates the room at night, or when her crisp floor to ceiling plantation shades are closed.
