In last Friday’s blog post, we showcased a gorgeous kitchen remodel completed by Nar Bustamante of Nar Fine Carpentry in California. Nar selected three of our Ivanhoe® Wilcox Deep Bowl Porcelain LED Pendants to serve as a focal point and offer a splash of color in the space. These Cobalt Blue fixtures feature energy-saving LEDs that will save the homeowner on energy bills and maintenance costs for years to come.
In our chat with Nar, he noted that he has used nothing but LED lighting for the past five years. With the price of LEDs continuing to be competitive, especially in light of the financial and environmental benefits, more and more home owners and... Read More
Like many new technologies, LED lighting was expensive and slow to catch on at first. But oh, how things have changed. LED lights, once known for their cold, harsh glare, are now more affordable, offer warmer light, and are available in a wide variety of fixtures including pendants, gooseneck lights, and even schoolhouse lighting.
For Nar Bustamante, owner and principle designer of Nar Fine Carpentry, a design/build remodeling company in California, LED lighting is the only way to go.

Hanging from those beams and focusing light directly below are hefty, deep bowl pendants much like our Ivanhoe® Wilcox Deep Bowl... Read More

Schoolhouse lights were quite popular in public spaces such as government buildings, libraries, and yes, even schoolhouses.

They not only provide safety to customers but must be stylish enough to capture attention and entice those customers through the door.
Some business owners gravitate to run-of-the-mill sign lighting or fluorescent lighting to handle these tasks. We’d like to offer commercial business owners something better — highly efficient, durable lighting that is easy to customize, will complement any brand, and... Read More
